Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Cashfree within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
